i ended up finishing these guys way sooner than i expected to LOL i rly rly love how both of them came out, i think bright colors r what i do best with
also!!! i am planning to open customs soon (hopefully a little bit after these guys are closed) and there will be at least one fullbody slot ( one person gets dibs though. you know who you are : ) ) + some halfbody slots! so keep an eye out for that <3

Obsidian - Sky/Sea - WEREW0LFTEETH
- Despite being a hybrid, they were born with extremely hot fire scales
- Its concentrated mostly along their spine/head/down their tail, leaving their underbelly/claws/legs to still be hot, but nothing in comparison to the white/blue flames that emit from the top of their body
- Fire is always leaking from their nose, eyes, and ears, and when they speak theyre at risk of killing whoever theyre talking to
- To combat this, they wear heavy armor to smother the problem areas, and a giant intimidating mask over their face to filter the flames through the horns
- The mask has several vents and channels that can direct the fire in different directions. If they want to talk to another dragon, they might close off all vents except the horn vents on the back of their head, directing the fire away from who theyre speaking to. if they want to concentrate the fire into an attack, they might only leave the cheek horn vents open to blast anyone in range.

Venomous - Night/Sand - KEEPING
- Was hatched with mindreader abilities, but for some odd reason theyve only ever been able to hear the thoughts of venomous reptiles. They also have the ability to project their own thoughts back to them, too
- While they cannot control them, they can speak with and befriend them.
- They also hatched with very unusual coloring and no horns to speak of. Their parents were quick to label them a freak, and treated them like dirt compared to their other siblings from day one
- Often left alone, they discovered their ability and quickly made friends with dozens of snakes, talking to them more than they did other dragons
- After a particularly horrible day, their snake friends thought that biting and killing one of their parents would help ease their burden. Immediately, their family framed them as a murderer, and they were forced to flee home despite being innocent themselves.
- They grew up alone save for their snakes, and evetually befriended more and more until even dragonbite vipers were their ally. They were able to quickly gain power and become feared by others
- The crystal horns are implanted to add to their intimidation. Im not really sure what the cyan markings come from i just think theyre neat. Maybe some kind of glow paint?
- I originally added the muzzle bc the og concept was that they had some kind of parseltongue thing instead of mindreading, and theyd been captured by some authority who muzzled them to prevent them from using their allies for aid. Alternatively it could be symbolic, that they no longer have a need to speak since other dragons arent worth talking to in their eyes. IDK !
