this really reminds me of final fantasy viii (perhaps my favorite final fantasy game, storywise, second only to final fantasy iv)

what program did you use and did you do a sketch first

Thanks! I used Adobe Photoshop Elements 8.0. I did do a rough sketch first on sketch paper, then I scanned it in, linearted it, and then colored it. ^^

i can't figure digital art out...
i just like to do charcoal and pencils...
