Doujinshi (but I've seen it caled doujin, and since it's shorter to type I use it), is basically a fan-made comic of an existing manga/anime. They're pretty popular in Japan and people can sell them and make money. I'm not going to make money off of mine though; I'm doing it because I love Bleach and IchiRuki
Unfortunately Manga Studio is not free. It's quite expensive

maybe there's a free manga studio-like program out there or something. I've thought about making a manga or an anime myself for a while. Animation is scary, so I was thinking of going with manga haha

There probably is something free out there. You should make a manga, that would be pretty cool ^^
I've done one page mini-comics using photoshop, but it just doesn't have the same feel as something made in manga studio.

One of the reasons I love Bleach is because of the relationship between Ichigo and Rukia. It's dynamic and it makes sense.

Orihime....TBH, I'm a big fan of the UlquiHime pairing. I like her with Uryu too, but UlquiHime just has that added element of "forbidden love."

I definitely have some ideas for a manga. I could probably do it in photoshop, I'm sure there's even manga brush sets out there or presets or whatever. I could probably combine something from illustrator and photoshop to come up with a good format.

yeah, I don't think many people actually LIKE Orihime all that much. Not a bad character, and her feelings are understandable, but I don't think many people like Orihime and Ichigo being a possibility. ...but that's just my thoughts on it.

There are manga brush sets out there. Theres even some stuff here on DA.
Ichigo is the kind of guy that needs a girl that isn't afraid to slap him around a bit. He's kind of dense and he likes to try to shoulder all the blame himself. Rukia is one of the few people that can successfully slap him out of it. Literally. Actually, she might be the only person.
