Drew this after watching Superman and Batman Apocalypse.I normally find Supergirl annoying, but I really liked how they characterized/drew her in Apocalypse.
While I don't necessarily ship Batman/Supergirl, I found their interactions adorable in the movie, even though he disliked her at first. Once they became friends, I have a feeling she'd bug him nonstop.

It is confirmed in the canon comic universe that Kara does have a strong attraction to Dick Grayson, who is presently also Batman.

Hi ! Those days, I've read an episode of The Brave and the Bold, written by Mark Waid, and beautifully drawn by George Perez, in which Kara has a big crush on Green Lantern (Hal Jordan), and show herself very insistent. It's very funny to see Supergirl like this. This movie was epic too.
