He had invited you over again. Lukas was doing that a lot lately. You and he had been friends since elementary school so you guess it made sense. Today you two were sitting around the kitchen table with the others laughing and talking about stuff that had happened to all of you. Soon though Lukas smiled and soon looked right at you.

“I’ll be back ok? I have to get something from my room.” you nodded smiling and soon he left. Tino and berwald were both smiling then but you didn’t know why. That’s when Matthias walked in. he went to the same school as you and Lukas but he was rarely there. He was always hung over and drunk. He waved once he came in the kitchen and soon got a drink out of the fridge. For once it wasn’t beer. Of course puffin had to make a smart comment.

“Oh wow everyone look the Dane isn’t drinking for once!” The look Matthias gave the bird after that was just too funny and you all lost it. Of course when he threw the empty bottle at the bird, you jumped and accidently spilled your drink on yourself

“Shit!” it had gone all over the front of your new blouse. It was white and blue, just like Lukas’s flag. Of course right then tino tried to help you cover it up but Matthias still saw and whistled gently.

“Damn hon, I’m surprised you don’t show what you got more often. You could have guys begging at your feet with a chest like that.” you went beat red then and tino was stunned he had said that. He knew what Lukas was planning. Matthias strutted over and soon sat close to you smiling. Tino was having you hold a towel there for now but you could see a bit more than you liked.

“So you still single right? Why don’t you give the lord of the north a try?” right then, a dagger landed in front of Matthias on the table very close to his hand. You all froze until you felt a jacket on your shoulders.

“Button it up please.” You nodded quickly hearing the voice. It was Lukas.

“Hey what the hell are you pulling Lukas!?”

“Matthias, give it up. (Y/N) isn’t into drunken assholes and no she’s not going to show off what she has because you know what? She has something the girl you hang out with don’t. Something called class and self-respect. So I suggest that if you don’t that dagger to land between your legs ending all your fun, you get the hell out of here now.”

“Lukas I was joking with her and she knows it.” right then you just gave him that look basically calling bull shit with your eyes and he took off. Right then Lukas pulled out the dagger and smiled at tino.

“Sorry but I thought it best. I’ll fix it quickly.” Tino nodded and soon Lukas used a bit of magic to heal the cut in the wood. Soon he sat down there and smiled a bit at you.

“I’m sorry about him hon. He’s nothing but a horn dog honestly.” You nodded and smiled.

“It’s ok. Thanks for sticking up for me though… I don’t care what he said, but that sure as hell wasn't a joke.” He nodded and just smiled.

“I could tell and hon, why wouldn't I stick up for my girl? I don’t want anyone else touching you.” you almost choked then on air and just looked at Lukas. He was smiling and soon held out a rectangular box.

“Did you just?” he nodded and you just stared in amazement as he opened the box to revel a small silver necklace of his flag.

“Yes in fact I did just claim you as my girl (Y/N). Would you like to accept?” you just nodded quickly and as he let you borrow a pair of his sweat pants and shirt up in his room, you also slipped on the necklace smiling. You had always had a crush on him after all since elementary school. Maybe it was the fact he had always stood up for you no matter what or who you two were against.
