Like with their mainstream counterparts, the difference in their heights is the result of the difference in their races.
T'Lara is 5'10" and half Vulcan. Captain Tarlana is 4'8" and Mokarian.
The Mokarians are a race I've based less than loosely on the Pinis Elfquest.
