The refits performed on the USS Odysseus following her recovery by the USS Quasar.A new navigational deflector arrangement as been installed, as well as her being reconfigured with four forward torpedo tubes.
This is likely to be the version that I'll build an actual model of next.
(especially since I have most of the conversion parts already)
The nacelle style may change slightly, but that would be all.
Star Trek belongs to Paramount.

You know, a long time ago I had a magazine that told ppl how to make a reliant out of an AMT Enterprise kit
You're really taking me back to the 80's here

Thanks.
Truth be told, way back when, I did that for the original incarnation of the Odysseus

Nice detail and all, but the top view and side views don't match up. The warp nacelle support pylons are different. The side view shows the font edges of the pylons angling toward the center of the saucer section while the top view shows the front pylon edge angling slightly backwards and then forward at a fairly shallow angle.

Actually, they match up just fine if you consider that the struts form a "T" setup.
The front view wou'd clarify this, but I neglected to include it.
The model I'm working on would make this a lot clearer. Watch for pics in the future.
