I wonder constantly,Why does the mind do what it does?
Why do emotions play with things?
I met a girl,
I like her a lot.
I met her friend,
I like her too.
What is it?
What does the mind do,
To make comfort,
Change to discomfort?
Why is that eternal question.
How is it that happiness doesn't keep a hold?
What is wrong with my mind,
That I cannot stick with something good?
That constant search,
For the perfect one that isn't there.
