So yeah... Ignore that title. /shotAs promised, a hair tutorial!
I am in no way a good teacher, so this can be quite confusing.
My senpai told me not to spill all my editing secrets, so I'll only be posting a hair tutorial. No more, no less.
Hope you learn some things. Send me links of your works if you used this tutorial. I would love to see them.

do you just use the standard brush, or do you have a special hair-strand shaped brush setting you prefer?

You can still have nice hair ends too even with a mouse. I use a mouse for editing at times too.
You can do it. You just have to try. ^^

Do you use a paint tablet or just the regular cursor/mouse?

I mainly use a pen tablet, but I also use a mouse whenever I can't find my tablet.
