Yeah, the problem I had was if I lightened it up anymore, I was overexposing the water, and getting no detail in the fall. I went for this trade off, but I'm glad that you still like it.

Lol yea. Have you ever considered photomanipulation with shots like this?? You could easily make it look like the water is melting down the rocks... Or somethin like that...

I know next to nothing about doing manips with shots. But hey, if you wanted to try your hand at it, please go for it. I always like to see what people can do with that kind of thing.

actually, I was on a boat a ways away, so mostly I heard motor I would love to go and spend more time there, especailly actually getting close to places like this.

I was just amazed at how big it was, figuring it was just summer run off from the tops of the mountains, but those glaciers up there can have so much water coming down all the time.

This was the end of July, but I think all the water was from a glacier, so yeah only during the warm months.
