Hello!  I’m here from with some constructive criticism.

First of all, the animation looks great!  The frames flow together smoothly in a way that makes it look like Puff is really in motion.  His bouncy stride makes him look sassy, especially with the way he swings his arms as he walks.  I don’t know anything about the character other than what I can see in this tiny image, but I already have a good idea of what his personality is like, so great job there!

I also like the combination of green and purple in his design.  It’s an unusual but pleasant color scheme, which makes the character look unique and recognizable.  However, I do think the purple hands look a bit out of place.  Since the image is so tiny, it was difficult for me to tell what the arms were at first; I initially thought they were a second pair of wings.  I think a little more highlighting on the hand or a gradient between the green shoulder and purple arm would make it easier to recognize.

I also think the image would look better if it was a little larger.  As it is, it’s a little difficult to make out all the details; I had to zoom in on it a lot before I could begin my critique.  I think it would help a lot if you outlined it, too.  Your current icon is a lot easier to see thanks to the outline, even though the two are about the same size.  Although the green and purple have good contrast with the background and each other, the similarly colored parts of the body are difficult to distinguish from one another.

I also think the movement of the tail is a little distracting.  Since it’s the part of the body that moves the most, it’s where my eye is naturally attracted.  The swaying tail can still work, but I don’t think it should swing up quite as far.  Ideally, you should be able to find a balance in the motion so that no part of the body stands out more than the others.  

Other than that, you did a really good job with this icon.  It’s adorable and has a lot of personality.  With a few tweaks, I think you could make it even better.  Keep up the excellent work!

would have love seeing the wings bob a bit with him as well

try to scale the images up before upload so it's not so tedious to look at the details of the drawing

He looks like he wants to embark on a major quest to bring peace to his kingdom but his parents wont let him stay up past 8 yet

He strikes me as a child dragon and he's absolutely adorable!
