imagine my surprise coming across this fanart then seeing you say "it's not finished". I didn't mind the uncoloured sections near the lower-right, it adds some kind of... feeling to it. the rough lines, the tones, designs, the picture on the right could have been darker, but it's still a great piece of work. The game itself on the other hand.... yeah I'll shut up lest I face the wrath of the PC gaming master race.

The funny thing is, I'd call this one of the best SS2 fanart pieces I've seen. Because it gets the feeling right. Shock 2 is very good at making you identify with your hero, and your hero is nowhere near as powerful as the forces arrayed against him.
You really are that guy, lurking in the emergency lights, clutching scavenged weapons and waiting to strike from ambush. Good work!

I've been playing this today. The game is really fun. Also challenging, and I'm also trying to beat it.

Play it with the lights out and the sound up, it's fucking terrifying.

I'm sure it is. But, frankly I don't turn off the lights. It's hard to see the keys I'm pressing if you know what I mean. Plus, people around the house get mad sometimes when I turn it up so loud.
But what really scares me is them spiders though. They don't frighten me, but they sure do make me shiver every time they crawl up to me.
Also, when you come across a corner, there's a monster right behind it and it starts yelling and shooting at you at point blank. That's also a scare.
This game is so awesome. I really wish they stop with the boring Bioshock and start making System Shock 3.

All sounds good. I was actually thinking of how you could improve this and make it look more kick-a**. Like; lower the crop line, sort out the lighting on the right side, make the guy with the shotgun more "Many-ish" and technical details like that.
I also really like the design you've got on the characters, it's not completely different from the game. But it looks different enough to be like the game with better textures.

System Shock 2.... It's an old Shooter/RPG that came out for the PC in 1999 (I think). I recently replayed it, having lost my original copy to a German exchange student back in highschool.
It's easily the scariest game/movie/anything sort of experience I've ever had, even with how old it is. You're a guy who wakes up on a spaceship without any memory of what's happened... after a week of these super fucked up worm-zombie things and a really freaky AI have turned it into a real nightmare.
But uh... yeah, that was my excuse to game-rant. XD
