The transparency of the fabric is nicely done and you do clearly know how to use soft pastels.
However, the hand to the left looks kind of awkward; the wrist is too thin. It looks like you struggled a lot with the shape of the hand.
The eyeballs need to be brighter too. She doesn't appear to have any pupils for some reasons.
The shading looks really good though, it got the right hue.

I mostly work digital when it comes to school-related tasks. For my own projects, I prefer traditional techniques and I like to try different mediums. I haven't drawn with soft pastels that much but I intend to use them more often. Unfortunately, it's hard to find inspiration because only few people on dA appear to use soft pastels.
