EDIT: 05/01/19 Changed Shōmon´s ultimate form ovo/ I wasn´t convinced on the four legged version, it didn´t looked quite improved from his champion form, but now Im pretty content with this version ovo <3

Evolution line for my Digimon OC Rumiko's partner Shōmon ovo
This whole evolution line is based off the Mexican god Xolotl and the Mexican dog the Xoloitzcuintli ovo Some little details:

Fresh: Nomymon

In-training: Ōmon

Rookie: Shōmon - Based on the hairless mexican dog that was believed to help the spirits on their way through the underworld

Champion: Shorumon - Based on the god of the underworld role of Xolotl.

Ultimate: AlphaShorumon

Mega: Vespermon - Named after the Roman name for the Greek god Hesperus "The evening star" Planet Venus in the evening, same role given to the Aztec god Xolotl

Ōmon: A very kind digimon who always speaks its mind, has a golden helmet on its head to protect from dangers.

Shōmon: Ōmon's evolution, preserves a helmet that resembles a skull, despite it's skull like appearance it is a very kind digimon.
