Ich hab Cats das erste Mal in Hamburg gesehen, wir waren da mit der Schulklasse in Hamburg. Damals haben die Kostüme mich schon total fasziniert, aber das war viele, viele Jahre bevor ich mit dem cosplayen angefangen hatte und ich hatte es längst vergessen..bis mein Freund seine Musicalbegeisterung entwickelte und irgendwie die Idee kam Cats zu cossen ^.^

Ich war in dem Musical da war ich drei oder zwei und konnte alle songs mitsprechen (natürlich nicht wortwörtlich aber die Melodien weil wir eine Kasette davon hatten) und wusste wie alleKatzen von denen heißen
Ich war da damals das einzige Kind in dem Theater und die mussten mir da zwei solche Kinderhochsitzkissen übereinanderstapeln damit ich was sehen konnte.
Ich saß halt direkt am Gang und da kamen die ganzen Katzen rein. die waren total fasziniert das ich die alle mit Namen kannte und so^^
Bin dann mit meiner Mutter in der Pause auf die Bühne gegangen und hab ein Autogramm von Old Deuteronomy gekriegt *freu*
Das hab ich immernoch in dem Programmheftchen

OMG. I used to love Cats the musical. That was my big fandom before I discovered LotR. I always imagined doing something like this but never had the skill to really try making a costume. Very nice!

The wig was no problem. We bought some cheap wigs from ebay (try cat or cats wig..something like this: [link] or [link] ) and theeen..you need a scissor, tonns of hair spray and hair colour (spray colour!!)

Das Make up ist das coolste an den Cats Kostümen. vor allem wird es jedes Mal ein bisschen anders

Das Make Up ist auch das schwerste bei Cast. Ich weiss das die Darsteller das alle echt lernen müssen, und auch bei denen wird es immer ein wenig anders.

Ja, aber auch das coolste! Wir haben mittlerweile n recht ansehnlcihes arsenal an Kryolanschminke, zwar Fettschminke. auf Wasserbasis ist mir das ganze zu verwaschen. Das Zeug ist echt super.

Ja klar, Kryolan is super. Deswegen auch immer noch das meist genutzte im Theaterbereich. Immer wenn ich in die Maske gehe, bekomme ich auch ne gute Ladung davon ab.
