Need I say it? No, but...fantastic! Love the brickwork and the arch and the dog, and the exposure is just right.

The brickwork remind me of Ronja RΓ€ubertochter (I don't think you now the film/ book v.v). It is so sad that the whole castle there was just a ruin! I would give so much to see it like it was original!

There must be an english version. It's a book for children, but it's lovely and sets at medieval/fantasy world.

The film is made very, very nice with good actors (no big action but charming characters!)

Ah, I'll find some clips on youtube and find the full film later, then. It sounds lovely.

It exists in an English translation, yes. The original is Swedish, but it has been translated into many different languages. Try to find it on amazon! "Ronja Robbersdaughter" by Astrid Lindgren.

Don't be too sure Astrid Lindgren's books and movies are quite popular in the USA as well. Every child knows Pippi Longstockings! And the movie "Ronja Robbersdaughter" exists as well in the Englisch synchronisation.
