......Yep. This is my entry for the 10th Anniversary Troll contest! I've wanted to ask Kubo this question for a while now. I'd say this is a great reason why no one messes with Unohana.
Maybe this is the answer.
I gotta say, I think this is the best quality of comic strip I've made so far.

You know I went looking to see if anyone had an idea of what they thought Unohana's Bankai was like cause I'm putting together an idea for a fanfic of mine and i need some inspiration to draw from as always. I saw this I loled so hard you have no idea.
Unohana + Popo = Greatest Fear on earth. It's even more frightening than Chuck Norris and Cthulhu.
