I realized I never commented on this... I think this is such a tender and beautiful picture... how can anybody not feel empathy for Snape... poor guy.

Oh, that's just heartbreaking. So beautiful! His smile, the angle from above, and how the Patronus seems to actually be pressing against his cheek a little. Wow.

Please! Finish it - BUT leave this one here also - i love it so much! You really made it, that a totally Alan-Rickman-looking Snape looks so beautiful! (Normally I do not like AR that much as Snape - but this picture is amazing!!!)

Thank you very much! Of course I will leave it. I am glad you think he looks beautiful; when I read the chapter with the doe, I knew I had to sketch something like this. He's significantly more sentimental than he likes to show, and I felt we deserved a glimpse of that facet of his character.
