if you dont mind me asking, what did you use on the horse to get the painted effect?

Well, I smudged it but also used a few other horse layers on different settings. No filters though

This image reminds me of the Chincoteague Pony for some reason. xD I guess the wild-ish looking paint horse on the beach kinda does it.
Very pretty as always though.

I love this! I love what you did to the eye, it makes the horse seem much wiser almost older. I like that alot. I also think you did a wonderful job of smudging the body of the horse, well done overall. The tone of it is just perfect.

I think you did a great job blending the horse into the background, looks like it really belongs there. The sepia tones are nice.
