Description There are some perspective problems but overall i am happy with the look of this, and happy that i am taking my time with pieces, and being able to bring them to fruition regardless of my indesire to draw and lack of inspiration, sometimes you do just have to do something regardless of whether you want to and even though you dont see any conceivable benefit besides just creating something

I love this! The skewed perspective helps gives it a storybook illustration vibe.
Also, when do you plan to begin mass-producing Slurm?

WOW!!! what detail! Worms huh? I don't think the perspective problems are a problem in this piece. It's surreal nature makes the me think perfect perspective would ruin it not just being nice, this is my honest opinion.

Nice work, love the guys expression like he just noticed that everyone else is a half worm!

Lookit this! This is awesome!
I can't believe your description of how you were feeling while finishing this, it really looks so full of inspiration and intent, so many details; this is a great illustration to take my time and enjoy all the little thoughts and ideas you had while creating the scene, like you were telling yourself your own story that you were making up as you went along...

Proper perspective is very challenging I fake it non stop, like NON STOP!
Besides every element in the scene is placed not welded to the floor or wall, it's not a skyscraper scene it's a charming little indoors one and there is limitless room for a little disorderly alignment!

I also really like the design of the blond guy in the middle of the scene, his head to body proportions and the hatching you've done to shade his face are really my favorite part of the whole scene!
I just noticed the bottle in front of the bookshelf refracts the letters of the book behind it - great touch!

Love these full scenes you've found the time to do since Inktober ended!
did part of your frustrations while working on this stem from just being in the middle of the work phase; where all the fun creative choices have mostly been made and now you are tasked with fleshing it out and getting around to understanding the trouble spots? or the annoyance of too much time keeping track of all the perspective stuff?
Take heart in knowing you have made a very cool image and no doubt gained a lot of valuable experience doing so!

Thank you so much Willis, it means the world that anybody could have any interest, i think that seasonal depression has just been hitting me with a large dose of not enjoying anything but i am doing a bit better now with some adjustments im ashamed to admit the refraction on the bottle was a pure accident and im so happy you pointed it out cause i had no idea it was there! I am a sham hahaha, definitely glad inktober pressure is done, although i think you were right that i grip my pens too tightly, still somewhat injured from not having any moderation

Hey all the best art is accidental!
Did you end up wrapping your pen at all?

I did but ive just ordered proper pen grips because mine lack something to be desired, it just astounds me looking back how careless i have been

I'm sure it just started hurting so much from the massive amount of use you've been getting out of it over the last month or so , squeezing too hard likely only results in a stronger hand long term, you've probably already made the important adjustments (I'm assuming you rest your hand more often throughout the day?).

Yea definitely, havent drawn almost anything for 2 days, stretching, brace, the works, i can feel it improving, probably didnt help that i went bouldering while it was hurting
