Wow, this is very well rendered and you really have a good grasp on human anatomy.
However I feel this image lacks a bit of character in comparison to some of your other paintings.
If you'd like I could try to give you a critique on this image in order to further improve this painting (it's totally fine if you don't want one)^^

It's good to hear that you think so and I do think that this is quite a good image, I just feel it could be a lot better with some minor adjustments.
The hair for example seems a bit stiff and you could have added a bit more variety to it (more overlapping blocks/strands of hair) since it looks like it is in motion.
She also doesn't quite seem like she belongs to this background (it's a night scene but she's lit like it is in the middle of the day). Another thing is that the bright waves distract a bit from the rest of the image.
In order to change that I would darken the character a bit and generally darken/desaturate the lower part of the image. This would also help to make it look like she is lit by some type of spotlight which would make more sense in this type of setting.
A bit like this (even if it's kind of rough): Paintover Beachlady
I hope this is at least a bit helpful for you and I'm always open to talk a bit more about it. I also hope that you don't mind the paintover.
Keep up the good work^^

thanks for taking the time to write the critique yes I am still learning about lighting and also hairs and it's many variety. I will do better next time, but I will most probably leave this as it is. My main work is music, sometimes I do performances which sometime is good and sometime not so good, knowingly that my last performance was not so good, I aim to be better at the next event rather trying to fix what I did (and the risk of ruining the life that was there when creating), as learning will never ends and that image will never be completed if I keep on repairing. And also the fun factor
if I lost it there is no point in making any form of art (but maybe that's just me).
No prob with the paint over, but what I was imagining when I made this, there was a light source (like a photo lamp, not too far) in front of her which lit her bright.
Again thanks for all the info, it is very helpful, and pardon my english as it is not my 1st language
