Okay, maybe I'm just too much of a Martial arts freak but I think that she should lower her stance and lunge forward a little on the third punch. This was a technique I was taught. The head punches would throw off the other person by making them guard their head with one hand so they are open to a stomach level punch. The round kick would add to the combo but another trick u can try is to do a front kick and bring your foot back to your knee then from this stance u can perform either a second front kick or a round kick just after, it usually works. But if u wanna do max damage to the other person there are much better combos than this one.

The basic combo, though I think it could do without the double right jab. You wouldn't do much damage at all, just annoy the person.
Right jab, left hook/jab, left roundhouse (depending on your fighting style I suppose that would be a wheel kick)
Otherwise this is pretty neat, I wish I could Flash. Try seeing if you can put the chamber into the kick too as well as after as you have it. But if it slows the kick down it could do without.

well when i think of jabs i dont think of them to actually hurt a person. They are mostly done to redirect the opponent's defenses then you can hit them with a harder attack
The fighting style i studyed and im thinking she uses is the Goju-ryu fighting style. So yeah Roundhouse is whats it called or "Maigeri" i think thats how its spelt

I kinda thought about that after I posted. It works out well enough though.
That's pretty intersting, I don't think I've seen that style before.
And by chamber, I mean what you did with the updated one. Her leg is folded in the upright position before the snap of the kick. Its not just swinging the leg from the ground to the target.

I know it's a video game and all, but... Have you actually seen someone throw two weak jabs like that in a row? That's always bothered me about beat 'em ups. Even freaking BATMAN did it! Punch-punch, big punch, heavy kick! Yarr!

You could make some of your characters for Win Mugen. Just an idea.

you should add some blurrish speedlines to the kick, it'll make it seem smoother
