I do have a thing for Centaurides, more specifically the Appaloosa variants.
I remember starting this drawing when I returned back to the States in 2012, and it has lingered in my lockbox for several years since. It was just a few minutes ago that I finally finished the drawing.
The first thought that came to mind when I was drawing this Centauride was "Sagittarius." Keeping with the archery theme, I drew her as such...but I had the Japanese longbow in mind instead of the usual western war bows. My Centauride character Sheida wields a Yumi-style longbow; this drawing was done before I've done any research on the Yumi and how to properly strap on the quiver.

Thank you. I have to admit that this one was done before I've done any serious research on the Yumi (the Japanese longbow), so I could be mistaken on what side the quiver is supposed to be mounted on.
