The Hanged Man - This card is said to represent self-sacrifice, trials and new perspectives. The Hanged Man is someone that, despite his predicament, has a calm and serene expression, suggesting that he is here by choice.
It took a while, but it was decided that this will be Sonic’s card, with the Upright Hanged Man representing the moments in when he puts himself at risk to protects others, even people he doesn’t know, as well as the way he looks at the world from a different perspective than most peoples; and with the Reverse Hanged Man representing his inability to slow down, as well as his frustration when he is forced to.

Me tomó un rato, pero decidí que esta iba a ser la carta de Sonic, con el Colgado al derecho representando los momentos dónde se pone en riesgo para proteger a otros, incluso a personas que no conoce, así como la forma en la que mira al mundo con una perspectiva diferente que la mayoría; y con el Colgado invertido representando su inhabilidad para detenerse, así como su frustración cuando es forzado a hacerlo.
