Dragon Quest IV/Dragon Quest Monsters: The Dark Prince

I decided to make something for the release of The Dark Prince, but this was also made to test out some brush pens I had lying around. Needless to say I'm not a huge fan of the colour pallete as well as how they blend. They also smudge quite a bit when you're trying to work on what you're working on so that's definitely a huge negative going for them. However, I think if you're willing to do what I did with the white acrylic lighting and maybe some linework with some ink you can definitely save what could've ended up as a disastrous piece. That said, probably not going to use those brush pens again and just stick to colouring with paints only as I never have any luck with anything outside of that medium when it comes to colour.
