For Titans Tuesday I'm drawing a member of any incarnation of the Teen Titans, New Titans, or just the Titans. Today's guy is Nightwing, ex-Robin, sidekick of Batman. One of the things that's amazing about Nightwing is that Dick Grayson as Nightwing has been around for over two decades but is still mostly known these days as Batman's sidekick. He still has not sufficiently developed an identity of his own--a failure, I think of the various writers of his own title.Related content

Nice pic, and you should try reading his comic currently, as the new writer, Peter Tomasi, is FINALLY giving us the Dick Grayson we've been wanting to see for years; playing up his near limitless connections (Through the Titans, JLA, JSA and Bat-clan who all trust him unreservedly and who he has no qulams about asking for help if he needs it) his solo hero work and his just dashed heroic nature!

Really? Did he just sign on 'cause I've checked out the Return of Ra's Al Ghul issues and it still read like the same old stuff to me. I'll try to take another look.

The Ra's Al Ghul NW issues were two fill in issues by Fabian Nicieza, which were certainly better than the previous couple of years had been, but Tomasi came on right AFTER the Al Ghul story.
