Description Bellflower Missouri, March 25, 2020.

As of the 2010 census, there were 393 people, 142 households, and 103 families living in the city.

When I first saw this house, the siding made me think that perhaps someone was rehabbing the place, but I think it might be a case where material used in the siding doesn't show it's age as mush as the rest of the structure.

I'm not sure what purpose they serve, but houses with turrets must have been popular here at one time.

If its aluminum siding than its an old renovation. If vinyl I'd say someone at least attempted a newer renovation. Hard to tell since that shade of blue was popular from the 1970s into the early 2000's, and is likely still available from siding suppliers. I'm leaning toward unfinished renovation since the siding doesn't go all the way up the walls. Possibly even a preservation measure if the wood was in very bad shape and they just wanted to keep out the elements. Looks like the same was attempted on the porch roof, but not in time to keep the wood underneath from rotting away. Man, I would love to see what that foyer looks like with the turret. I bet its completely open all the way up
