Description Pixel again!

This is Mighty the Armadillo, for those of you who don't know My favorites growing up were actually Tails and Mighty, though the latter is pretty unknown nowadays, which I have no qualms about that at all. (actually, I prefer it)

So, I'm incredibly happy with how this turned out. Really the first time in my life I was able to render an image exactly how I imagined it in my head. I've also been looking at a lot of digital landscapes recently, so I was motivated to create something with a lot of color and depth.

Yes, that is Angel Island back there Though I have no idea what zone this is supposed to be, haha.

People keep saying he's likely to make another appearance because in a recent poll of favorite Sonic characters, Mighty was in the top 10, but I'm not sure if that's just a rumor someone made up

I miss him...He made my life easy...

The shading and tones on this peice bring the character to life...Like he's walking toward me...Asking to come home...And the sun behind his face makes the colors stretch.

And thank you so much for the feedback. This is actually a very personal piece to me. I put a lot of emotion--feelings and dreams lost to the past--into this that I knew prolly no one would really catch, but it's really awesome to hear someone took some deep feelings from it.

Oh haha! I use Photoshop CS3, but something like this could be made with paint, cuz I just used the pencil tool

Mighty is boss! I miss him... He needs to come back in the games... In Sonic Generations, I saw a WANTED poster of him in the City Escape level and was like, "You didn't forget about him...so bring him back!" >.<

I love the lighting! For some reason, I take a particular liking to all your Sonic work. It's like you always choose super cool lighting and amazing compositions!

A great mixture of colors with also the Background being real detailed like angel Island, You made Mighty look SOO COOL!
There is more i want to say about this incredible art, but, I'm to baffled to say anymore, It is... WOW!!!

I'm glad you appreciate how I posed Mighty and how I made him look, because my goal first and foremost was to make him look awesome I love hearing from fellow Mighty fans about my work, since he's not so known.
