To be honest I kinda have no idea who these characters are... Enerjak is vaguely familiar, but. So hopefully I interpreted everything right
And sorry ~pride1289 for the ridiculously long wait... I'm not sure this collab matters much by now after all this time, heh...

There was a tim when Knuckles was Enerjak...would be kinda messed up it that was the case here. O_o

Well to be honest, Enerjak is actually Knuckles gone bad....real bad. and the other one Lara-su or Jani-Jak as she is know in that particular form is Knuckles' daughter from the Archie comics.
The coloring is fantastic hun. Such vibrant colors. I'm still practicing with my coloring. XD You learn something new everyday.

Yep, that version is an alternate reality version apart from the 25 years later timeline.
Enerjak as you know was also Demetri first, Knuckles became Enerjak after him.
Enerjak in itself isn't a person at all it's a state of being or to be simpler a transformation. I know how you feel though, I stopped reading after Sally got robotcized for the second time.

Yeah, I know really, I actually have improved a lot over the past 18 years. XD You should see the timeline I made from the moment I first created my fancharacter Mirage. XD I was terrible back then, though I was kinda young too. XD

I love comparing my old artwork to the new! Sometimes when I feel discouraged about my ability, I look to see how far I've come. That's when you really realize how much you've improved!

Me too... that's the funny thing about being an artist. You strive so hard to improve, but when you do, it's difficult to notice, because it's so slow-going. And when you compare your stuff to artists that have more skill, it makes the progress seem all the slower because the gap is so huge.
I meant it when I said you're coloring's good, just from looking at your work I can see huge jumps in improvement, and I can see you starting to grasp things that I'm sure will catapult your work with more experimentation!

Awww, thanks, I appreciate the encouragement, and I know what you mean, looking at other people with more skill often almost stops you in your tracks sometimes.
I'm actually very proud of myself, because I have noticed improvements in my coloring as well, I made a huge jump about 2 or 3 years ago, so big it was quite obvious, even to me as I improved and learned more about photoshop.

What's really helped me I think, is watching people's livestreams. Cuz then you can see how they work, and what tools they use, and how they use them. Sometimes what they do is really smart and awesome, sometimes not so much. I like to learn from other artists, learn what they do, take what I like, and make my own process!

Well that doesn't work so much if they have the video in fast forward to fast for you to really see what they are doing, I've seen a couple where I couldn't keep up with what they are doing.

But you can't always catch those, you have to be on at the right time and I'm usually not.

They are hard to find mostly just pre-recorded stuff which is almost as good.

I guess it depends on who you watch. Three artists I watch post a journal when they're livestreaming, and that's how I find them.
