Finally here it is!!I submitted it for the GUIOlympics, but it was disqualified because of the beta-version that was already in the winamp forums and on devart.
Anyway, now here you go with the latest version! It will be updated later, but at the moment i'm on too much work.
The skin itself was inspired by the computer's eye in 2001-odysse in space. (have a look at the about in the preferences!
) there are some people i wanna thank, but they're all mentionned in the credits only thing i gotta say herefor is:"thanks to vag for this kick-ass preview!"

Doesn't really look much like HAL's fisheye from the movie, but definitely a sexy skin. If I had WinAmp 5, or rather, a system that could run it, I'd be using this.

since cals eye: hard to say... some time has passed since this 
since the guio-version: nothing.
but in the future a glass-opacity slider will be added, the display mouseover-bug will be fixed.... the tooltip for the close-button... plu s i'll think about additional features

yep, sticked with a beta from winamp forum yet. pretty nice still - u just need to fix that "exit winamp3" tooltip

Man it takes alot for me to switch skins .. (I've probably used 3 in the past year) but I'm using yours now .. that one orb is just so fricken convenient .. and HAL was a great character .. awesome choice for inspiration for a skin ..

why don't you send this as a design to mp3 player manifacturers, such as ipod and stuff, maybe they would make one based on this...
