Description This poison dart frog has been shot in the manatee-house in the zoo of nuremberg.

I'm not sure if it's a Ameerega trivittata trivittata or a Ameerega trivittata nassaui.

Also called Epipedobates trivittatus.

Thanks a lot No, there wasn't any glass fortunately! Was complicated as it was hiding behind a barrier though. Luckily those guys are pretty patient and don't flee when you get close

They're way bigger than usual poison dart frogs as well - about 6cm, I'd say (about 3").

IΒ΄ve taken a pic of a super small brigt orange frog around an inch long. Dunno itΒ΄s name.

Sadly there was glass in front of. But that froglet was sitting right in the center as if it screamed for being photographed, XDDD
