There are a lot of ignorant whiners in the comments that should be ignored, but I just want to say thank you for the work on this. Personally I feel it looks better than the actual Windows 7 theme, which is quite discriminatory against color blinded and old people.
I just want to note that you packaged "thumbs.db" file with the theme, which are thumbnail cache files that XP saves. If you set your file explorer to show hidden files you will see them, and you can set Windows to not cache thumbnails.

Your Theme dows not Work, I can'T change the Theme to Windows 7 7048, because the Theme is not correctly installed.

The power buttons were changed. It made it more attractive so that externals should not become inorganic.
And, Aero cannot be used with my PC. My first skin.
It became practicable though it was not possible to absorb because it was not wb skin.
