KYOGRE DESTROYS ALL THINGS BECAUSE HE CAN LEARN EARTHQUAKE, BLIZZARD, WATER SPOUT AND THUNDER! ALL BOW TO THE MIGHTY FLOATING FISH!
I think if you hugged that Darumaka any tighter it would be considered a Bind. A real Constricting Wrap of the arms.

Same. He and Rayquaza are the only ones I think I've ever used in serious combat. Except for Mewtwo, of course.
I think that would take out the cute factor you were going for. Plus, I'm not sure he can learn incinerate.

Moltres does have some good moves. And darn, I need to find a Genesect... and get any of the legendaries in 5th gen that I never went after because the others around here who play all moved away. The only real use I have found for legendaries is sketching their moves (macho brace required to survive a hit) so that Smeargle knows Judgment, Roar of Time, Sacred Fire and Sacred Sword (still need to do this).
The list thingy said that it was the one that you found cutest. I will admit though, killing it with a hug is maybe not so cute. XD Your expression fits it better.

i want the my little pokemon and the hedgehog no idea where i could get the though... curse those events!
smeargle is a very odd little guy
i do find it cute, just not sure i'm capable of drawing it that way haha

You got it under some promotion, sí?
I was confused until I realized that you are exactly right about those two. XD Shaymin is basically useless except for its healing ability and Keldeo's sole redeeming quality is its Secret Sword (Sacred Sword? one of those is for the other dog/deer/things). I never get anything from events. I have a Darkrai in 5th gen only because they gave him out online.
I use him for things. He is of no use in a battle unless he knows protect, endure, healing wish (burn two enemy moves and then revive your dead leader) and that one move that lowers an opponent's health to your level or maybe power-split.
I think it is. It is a tiny squishy ball of a thing that does not want to be there. It's like a puppy with enormous eyebrows.

genesect was one of those online promotions but you needed black/white 2
but keldeo is so cuuuute D: and shaymin is like... a pun personified... er... pokemonified
i do not believe i got darkrai... i need to get on some sort of pokemon event mailing list or something
doesn't look awfully puppy-ish to me xD

Apparently not more so than Darumaka. Shaymin is a chia-pet. It's from mystery gift. I'm honestly surprised they still have that function. I got it in 4th gen (I did everything in Pearl but missed this because it was very well hidden) after they already cut functionality to that gen. You had to go back to a side room in the radio/tv station building after beating the elite four and select 3 specific answers to an interview.
You're right. Puppies, Growlithe excepted, tend not to have tons of fire. Perhaps he is more of a bean bag? Or a pillow pet...

no, not more than darumaka. shaymin is literally a hedge-hog and that makes it cool.

It is only the hedgiest of hogs. Hedgiest is a word. I'll go eat my hat now.
Never seems to work right. It's something like EVERYBODY HAPPY CONNECTION. (I am delighted that I remembered that)
He's less of a puppy and more the harbinger of doom. Houndoom. Apocalypse by flaming dogs falling from the sky, following the death of the livestock and invasion of rats.
Could one game astride a giant Darumaka bean bag seat? I think the possibility is intriguing.

"Abounding in hedges." as in "That wealthy estate is abounding in hedges." I like that word. XD
You could make a tiny one that you could, like, rest your elbow on. Or something. That almost defeats the purpose of it being a beanbag.
We had a few when we were kids but they eventually fell to disuse and garage sale. Regular black bean bags, that is.

Scrabble. Has to be Scrabble.
The styrofoam or whatever is inside of them tends to leak once they age. I want a beanbag full of actual beans. French-cut green beans. That would be awesome and rot very quickly and then smell so it would have to be thrown away. Hmm.

Hedgiest. 8. No. You can, however, have EDGIEST and attach it to a stray H.
Beans are notorious for early expiration if stored incorrectly. The soft shell and plentiful nutriment within make them prime targets for bacteria.

Mostly fiction books or were you a youngling scholar? TV and games become more important when you can't go outside. Then they start ladling into everything. Not that that's a bad thing. Electric media are remarkably good at connecting people.

I used to never answer the phone or call anyone because it would be awkward and I would re-check the number or address, in the case where I would knock on a door, multiple times. I still kind of do this. lD I don't remember trying to stay away from people as much as people just never came near me.
I game when I go home and my mom always asks if I'm fighting an orc when she comes in. I'm playing Halo at the time. Multiplayer.

Phone talking gets awkward because it stagnates. No non-verbal communication to work with like when you can see the other person and then have awkward staring contests.
You must raise the gumption within yourself and do it. Be like an anime character and never give up on anything while reciting a monologue about promises or freedom.
Clearly she supports your decision to try out all manners of hair dyes and genetic variations.

SporeRedland In reply to RoochArffer [2013-01-09 07:09:26 +0000 UTC]
Right. It is for absolute necessity and not the typical day to day stuff. I know my sister would talk on the phone, and by that I mean sit and go "uh-huh" on the phone, for hours at a time. Never been my cup of tea. I find that I like few teas, for that matter. There is something about seeing someone and not just hearing someone that makes it that much easier to connect. It makes the conversation far more complex and multi-faceted.
Then you must believe it. Hmm. Draw a flashy moving background on a piece of paper and then hold it behind you whilst talking into a mirror and reciting your plans.

i find chat/im to be much better for speaking as it allows for long pauses in conversation and you can stay focused on what you're already doing unless the issue is important... of course i have friends who don't like to leave the pauses in chat and i feel bad not responding but i just cannot handle only chatting and not drawing or watching something or whatever
i'd have to make some super impressive flip book for that to work

SporeRedland In reply to RoochArffer [2013-01-09 14:52:57 +0000 UTC]
Right. By the very nature of IM you have to keep yourself busy with a secondary project/action or else you get glued to the screen and that isn't as much fun. Pauses in chat can be interrupted by placing one's eyeball in front of the camera. (still a theory)
Well then, I think I see a future project.

SporeRedland In reply to RoochArffer [2013-01-10 01:42:03 +0000 UTC]
How does that even happen? Well, I guess that's like having a conversation at a friend's place and they are trying to get things down while you talk, so maybe it's not so weird.
Phone silence is nothing but static and the desire to hang up the phone.
Maaaaaaaaaaybe.

RoochArffer In reply to SporeRedland [2013-01-10 08:18:29 +0000 UTC]
yeah, it's not too weird as long as you've gotten to that place in the friendship where silences are no longer awkward
though i think that desire to hang up the webcam is still somewhat there... it's just less awkwardly there because you know the other person is doing something

SporeRedland In reply to RoochArffer [2013-01-10 15:53:44 +0000 UTC]
Sure. Otherwise it would feel like you were being expressly avoided in an awkward fashion. I do that a lot. Not expressly avoid people but sit in silence and then posit whether or not it's strange that I killed 15 minutes googling pictures of otters. So many varieties of otters and otter pups.
Yeah, like, if you say something and they go "sure" and you mutually are noticeably okay with it. I think that's how most chats end unless one person has to be away for something. You get these cues from the other person that something should be progressing and it is likely away from the camera, aka other responsibilities or daily activities.

Cleverbot seems to know everything but is in reality an error laden copycat. That is only partly related to the sentence before it.
