Another simple animation test from April of this year. At the suggestion of someone on discord, I sped it up to 24fps. This was originally made to do a minor test of those smear effects that are in 90's cartoons, but I think I added too many frames so it just looks a little off. Also, sorry for it not being centered. I forgot to center it before making it and I had no idea how to at the time.
