Damn man, it looks like it weighs about 120 lbs. I think it has something to do with the heavily beveled edges. Which are super gorgeous by the way. Srsly the textures and the way it looks in the light are so nice.

not really clear to me how the optics work on this piece.

As a rifle fanatic and gun nut, I have to say that this gun would weigh far too much to carry around and use successfully. As nice as the design is, it's just not functional. I see no where for the clip, the trigger is much too small, the stock is over bulky and the back hand grip is too large. the HUD device on the sights is in the way and the muzzle wouldn't have that kind of flash suppressor, it would do nothing. Don't get me wrong here, it is a beautiful rifle. Just highly difficult to use.

a fair crit, though depending on materials used it could compensate in weight.
as for loading - could it be a bull-pup?
but i suspect in the end this is just a look-pretty.

Yeah this kind of weapon I can see on my wall, not in my arms. I was actually expecting some hate on that comment. Ripping on a DD like that usually gets a black list. Thanks for showing something different!

I really like the modeling! Came out wonderfully. I only have one design critique. The little 'HUD' that is over the stock and trigger assembly, is in the way of a shooter's sights. Making it pretty impossible to use the mounted scope. Otherwise, I think it's perfect

Actually... The display looks a bit too low or too close to use when aiming as well lol Considering the size and position of the grip and handle (sorry for inappropriate vocabulary), it would be like... 2-3 inches in front of the face, but almost as much lower than the sighting eye as well, so... the eye work from target to display would be exhausting.
It would fit better integrated in the weapon itself, with the screen just under the scope I think.
This gun looks awesome tho

I absolutely love it, But theres one thing that bothers me. Why is there a screen in front of the scope? That seems like It'd be in the way. Aside from that the design is wicked. I could never design guns that looked awesome like this.

The design of the weapon is pretty cool, but remove the viewscreen...sight? thing on the back. Unless the scope in front of it is somehow linked the viewscreen it looks like an obvious obstruction. Other than that, its pretty cool and reminds me of the weapons from something like Killzone actually

Looks great, I have a couple things you might want to change on it.
Move the sight back so its with the display screen or a little bit in front and above it.
Move the selector switch back where it is above the trigger so it can be adjusted with the thumb.
It doesn't look like the grenade launcher can open up to fire a round, if you put a hinge or a slide on it so it will look like it can open.
Having a switch that will let the shooter decide if he wants to use the grenade launcher or the rifle.
The front of the rifle should have openings in it, this helps keep the rifle from moving too much when being shot.
I know it's a picture and I have no idea how close you were trying to get to realism with this but if you do another picture I think the stuf I said will make it look more realistic. Either way this pic looks amazing.

very very nice. im thinking it's based off the Tavor assault rifle. But that's a compliment because it's an awesome gun and this is done very well. its impressive the detail whilst keeping it game-friendly.
