So!...this is it!....my first try at my own Pokesona. And my best drawing ive done in a while!...heh...

This is a pencil sketch i did while on the return journey home from a weekend at my grandma's. (Check journal) 2 hour journey, so i had time to do it in!..heh...infact, it took me a whole hour and a half!....phew!...

I wasnt doing well at the start, and had to use reference pictures of Xatu from my phone, cos i can never draw something from my own mind...so...yeah, but i think ive done well!
Thanks to xxxDragonMasterxxx (DA) for the Xatu reference that she actually gifted me to a while ago. That really helped me out doing my Xatu!

Well.....where to start....this is Retsoor Modnar! Weird name i know, but that was a default one i had and i couldnt think of another one for ages. So ive stuck with this one.
He does have certain Regdeh sinilarities i know...heh....well gotta have the Egyptian themes on him really! ha ha!...and the hairstyle too...heh...so thank you for all the Regdeh references i have from Nikosei, (DA/FA) Chelseachel14, (DA) and Xaybiance. (DA/FA) Thank you!!

Profile:
Retsoor isnt like most common Xatu's. Ever since he had evolved, he didnt quite mature like a normal Xatu normally would. Mentally and physically. Having a bit of a strange sense of humour and a bit of a rebel to his fellow Xatu's. Due to not agreeing with having the power to see future and past events. But his kind constantly urges him to grow up and be part of this world. Of course, Retsoor doesnt like to listen to his kinds lectures. They always bring him down.

He gave up using his foreseeing powers after witnessing a murder before his very eyes, which caused him to break down and become fearful of looking into the what had been or yet to be.
His breakdown made him do some things to his body. Letting his feathery crest grow long into a sort of mohawk style, his talons let untrimmed, and pruning his ribbon like tasslles into feather shapes.

In his depression, he came upon an ancient mytholigy and religion from old writings he had found in a secret cave. Fasinated by this ancient civilization, he marked his favourite symbols upon his body. Which His kind did not approve of, and after refusing to remove these symbols, Retsoor was banished from his home. Left to travel by himself to place to place, seeking to make new friendships.
