Description The two variations of Turbo Man (one being inspired from the Battle Network version). One based on a drag car racer and one on a formula one racer.

Dr Wily attempts to fix and win a race by building a transforming Robot Master.

Yeah, I've always thought Red Turbo Man could be a reincarnation, like he gets smashed up badly in a race or something and is rebuilt!

I think it was battle chip challenge..He and Ring are the only new characters there (Yes I said Ring, not Ring MAN)

Yeah, he does actually. They're very similar anyway, Turbo and Nitro, with their transforming and even their names.
