Do you have a special pen that you use to make the freckles, or did you do them all by hand?

I made a brush in photoshop! You take a textured brush ( i like the chalk/ canvas texture ones) and mess with the brush settings. I set it to scatter and play with the spacing and shape dynamics untill I like how it looks.Β
Here are some great skin brushes that can also be used for freckles/ already have freckle brushes!Β
