Other than the colour RF has a slightly different suit. heel boots (they make him look taller), more flexible chest armour so he can move easier, and, a crotch guard.. because RFox prefers armour over flashing his bulge off :S
When I did the image of Dani I didnt know what colour to do him, hence that poll. So I just drew both. Because I liked the orange so much though I decided to put Sam in it
Although changed it a little to suit him. So yeah, watch out for the Fox twins, they might be coming for you
