Very nice work. Some improvements could be reflection and a rear. What I mean is, I see no feet. Great quality work on the trees and face though.

Because I can't enable critique I'll do it here, I'll go over anatomy. If you think some of it is unreasonable or a style then just discard what I say but don't bitch about it.
Your background is wonderful! The rocks....O.O I want your skill at backgrounds!!! although the bank with the grass looks kinda flat, mabey adding some more grass. The water is splendid! The dragons movement is wonderful. I struggle to catch movement and flow but you did it perfectly with all the curves and how one paw is resting on the rock and the other is not but ready to land on the next. It shows balance and power. Great work!

Ok, on to the critique
The head is stylized but very good! You got the angle correct and shows proper perspective, I can see a law which is good! The eyes fit perfectly in the skull. The horns, well personally I wouldn't make them that large but there great! Nice and shinny. but in comparison with the neck and body the head would be pretty heavy, if you want to you could make it a little smaller and thinner. OwO The neck is great! Again this is style but you could mabey make the neck a little thicker especially with the large horns. The front hand is great but in comparison with the other paw on the ground it looks a little to long. Also try adding some muscle to the arm. Look at your own arm for help, try adding a forearm muscle. The curves are great but you could add an elbow will make it look a little bit more real. Another great thing to add for movement would be adding the back legs curving in almost a "C" kinda way. If you don't get what I'm talking about please tell me I'll try to clarify. The wings, ok this is more of style so you could discard thins or not. You should give your wing a shoulder blade and a biceps like an arm. Think of the wing as another arm. It helps me. Giving an elbow and a "hand" will also help. Try making the wing fingers thinner and add some finger joints. You did a wonderful job on the perspective of the wings! Try putting your wing claw on a thumb on the wing. Thank you for connecting the wing to the back! It makes it more real and I could envision it flying. Adding a few wing folds could show that the wing is loose and relaxed or taught and stretched.

Onto coloring and stuff! This is really subjective so if you like it then discard everything I say.
I love you shading and how it transitions into the soft gradient shading! Great work! Must have shading skills! Alright for the highlights I love how you used some simple lines for the hard lighting but heres a little suggestion, try using shapes for lighting and not lines. As in, try outlining muscle and the form of the body, this goes for shading too. But the lines are good too so you could use the basic lighting as forms and for stronger and brighter and harder lighting add some lines to show where exactly the light is hitting the figure. Onto coloring, if you like the colors, ignore this.
Blue and red go well together but mabey you could try blue and orange, there compliments so they will go well together. The coloring is bright and vibrant but mabey you could try a light slightly grayish blue or if you don't like gray not the most chromatic (brightest, when you open the coloring tool thingy and its a square the most chromatic would be at the top right corner usually) Using some slight variations of the light blue will help, same with the yellow and red. Using a pinkish red or a slight variation of the red your using could help. The yellow is great but mabey a slight variation of the yellow could help. But if the colors or character belong to someone else than just discard everything I said.
I love the eye!!!! Its wonderful! You have so much talent! I certainly hope to see more! Great! I love the clouds too! Great work!
