Well, Kagome's sick with the flu and Inuyasha gets drafted into "playing nurse" for her. Since Kagome can't yell, she's been ringing a bell to summon him for stuff that she needs. And it's driving him nuts. Inuyasha's will being beaten down, and him slowly descending into madness because of that bell and whatever he has to do because of it (fluffing her pillows, serving her soup and juice, cleaning up her mess when she misses the bucket - typical taking care of a sick person stuff).
