Hmm, I think it looked best before you've begun with the coat. Don't get me wrong, the background is also very well done but it's so colourful that it distracts from the face.

Wow! So beautiful. But such a long and advanced process. At least it seems like it. I wish I could paint like that but I think I stick to my simpler painting technique. At least for now. Amazing work though and nice of you to make a tutorial of it.

thanks for the tips! Especially the one about regular graphite pencils and watercolor! I started one of my art class' alter book letters and i ended using a regular pencil to do the outline of a bird and of course when i used the watercolor, the graphite stayed or ruined a part of the picture.

Nur zwei kleine Fragen (dazu habe ich nämlich nichts in den Tutorials oder im FAQ gefunden....):
Du listest immer sehr schön auf, welche Materialien du benutzt - aber nur dieses Mal das Papier
Was ich mich frage: bei dem ein oder anderen Bild, zu dem du ein Tutorial gemacht hast, hast du Copics zusammen mit vielen anderen Medien, unter anderem auch Aquarellfarbe verwendet - benutzt du da das selbe Papier?
Ich bin nämlich auf der Suche nach einem guten Mixed-Media-Papier, auf dem man auch mit Copics arbeiten kann - ohne dass sie durchdrücken, alles auseinander fließt und das Papier unnötig viel Farbe aufsaugt >.<
Und so nebenbei: Müssten die Copics (die ja auf Alkoholbasis sind) die Aquarellfarbe nicht... abstoßen? Oder zumindest dafür sorgen, dass sich die Farbe anders verhält als sonst? Ich wunder mich nur ^^
