Hey, remember when this pandemic was supposed to be over last year? How we'd be back to normal by Easter 2020? Well, the end of the pandemic seems to be nigh, so let's keep our heads up... We can only hope that this Easter is more...hopeful than last year's. And really, isn't Easter all about hope?
I thought it would be cute to draw Andrea and Izzy at church together for Easter-related service. Since Andrea is a devout Christian, Easter is a holiday that would mean a lot to her, as it's basically the holiday celebrating the defining event of Christianity, that being Jesus' death and resurrection. And while Izzy isn't religious, she is willing to make her girlfriend happy and go to church with her. And she's also heard there's some tradition where free bread and wine is given out. There's symbolic meaning behind the act, but that's not the part Izzy cares about.
