So as I've not-so-subtly hinted at, I've been trying to find a job over the past year or two. Last year was understandably problematic for that, as the economy was hit hard by the pandemic, so I'm hopeful that this year, I'll be able to find a job, remote or not, that allows me to start earning a steady paycheck. Because getting ~$10 every other month from commissions is not going to put bread on the table. Hell, it won't even put instant ramen on the table.With Izzy and Tempo's ongoing rivalry, I figured I'd bring up their employment statuses. Izzy has been previously shown to have a job in food delivery. Tempo, on the other hand, does not have a job. Nor does her boyfriend, Nail. This might be the reason why they mainly eat free appetizers from restaurants, namely tortilla chips. So to have Izzy insult Tempo's inability to find employment...it hurts a little more than usual.
