One issue I've been struggling with since coming out as genderfluid is the amount of misgendering I get. Most of it is due to the fact that I still look masculine, no matter how much I try not to. It's understandable with people like waiters or security guards or other people I'll probably see once and never again. It's another thing when friends and family, whom I've come out to and have asked to use "they/them" in reference to me, don't. Part of me wants to correct them, but another part doesn't want to be confrontational.I thought I'd draw Alice experiencing a similar issue. In spite of all the times she's told Paeton not to call her a robot, Paeton continues to do so. None of the other Rejects call Alice a robot, so Paeton's the only one. It's hard to tell if Paeton's doing so because she has a hard time adjusting to not calling Alice a robot, or if it's just because Paeton's kind of an asshole at times.
