I've mentioned before, but red velvet is my favorite type of cake. It's why I had it as my birthday cake for my 27th birthday (and for my birthday commission ). It's even been used for Candy's Cupcake .I thought I'd draw Cheesecake trying a red velvet cheesecake. While she's a connoisseur of all things cheesecake, hence her nickname, she doesn't care much for other cakes. So she was skeptical to try a cheesecake that's partially red velvet as well. She's pleasantly found it to be a great pairing.
