I'm someone who generally takes a diplomatic approach to dealing with bothersome people. I generally believe that violence only causes more violence and that civilized discourse and discussion is the best way to resolve issues. Though that might just be because I would be unable to win a fight if my life depended on it. I suppose to quote Bender , "I'm a conscientious objector. You know, a coward."Since Brian and Ophelia never get along, I thought it would be funny to have them argue about violence. Ophelia has severe anger issues and is not above threatening to use her cooking equipment for violence. Brian, already angry with her at this point, is calling her out for using violence as an easy way to win arguments. He's arguing that if she weren't so stupid (his words, not mine), she'd be able to win arguments with facts and logic instead of threats and insults.
