Dig it. Another drawing.I worked on two new film projects, two commission PAINTINGS completely out of my "Comfort zone" and drew so much this week, that I actually began to run out of Ideas. Problem was, I still wanted to draw!
THIS is the inevitable and terrifying result.
Later I'm going to post a completely wild, Zombie-Hotrod-Psychobilly piece to make up for none of those great things being in this drawing. But until then, just try to enjoy this piece.

Those words there are lyrics by a now defunct, but amazing SkaReam band (which is a Ginre they invented) called "The Management"....All glory to them.
My lineweights have been a lot darker than usual this week.
I feel like a filthy hippy for drawing a whale.

that kind of whale is a 'killer shark' so youre not too much of a hippie.
i love this because you put an outline around it. (just kidding) seriously it makes it feel like a time bomb a lot of contained action going nowhere but inevitably out. all the little pieces and textures add to the chaos in a simple, uncluttered way.
