This is Sonic's first time seeing Chao, and my first time drawing them. (They're harder to draw than they look.)

Still, I was, for a while, a bit stumped as to how this scene should proceed. I originally had something else in mind, but was troubled by how difficult it would be to draw. So, as usual, I prayed about it - asked for some ideas, inspiration - and shortly thereafter realized the Chao would make a nice addition and make do for an easier transition into the next part of the story. So, yeah - once again He comes thru for me. I wouldn't expect any less.
