The show area are brand new with all the latest stuff. Thanks to money coming from a unexpected source the stud and most things assoicated to it got the restoration it so desperately needed. At each entrance (and exit) there are cameras as well as a guard, you need to sign in when you are coming and sign out when you are leaving - this is some of the security measures taken. The pastures for visiting horses are thought to be booked for one per visitor. If you like to take a ride there is the small

The show had been a perfect chance to get their horses outside for a little friendly competition. This race in particular was perfect for their little stud they had bought from Decor Stud's Auction. He was a pain to get in and out of the trailer, so he was the first to get out and take to the pasture. A pasture that seemed almost familiar to him. He settled in quite nicely.

Josh was visibly nervous as his boss watched from the stands. He'd prepared for this moment, his and Strike's debut, for months. In that time he had gotten very close the stubborn stallion, and they had a love hate relationship. The stallion tried to nip, and he carefully dodged the teeth. The bay nipped at him less than everyone else, except the boss. He didn't even pin his ears at the boss, how- he had no idea. That woman could tame a wolf in a matter of hours. He stared down the gate, his shoulders hunched, body tensed.The race started and it was as if he went deaf, the only thing he was able to hear was was the beat of thundering hooves, the sound of the wheels and his own heart beating in his ears. The world closed in around him as he focused on their goal.

Okay, just noticed there were tons of mistakes on this guy, thanks to =decors and =TechnicolorDreaming . I admit-I basically know nothing about Harness Racing, and this guy is pacing- but he's supposed to be trotting! So, he switches gates eventually, this is before they actually start the race. Wow I'm an epic fail, but anywho.
